Individual results vary. Because every client’s anatomy, skin, body response, healing, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance are different, no specific result can be guaranteed. Photos, testimonials, and examples are for general informational purposes only and do not guarantee identical outcomes.
Certain services may require prescreening, medical review, physician evaluation, a Good Faith Exam, or prescription approval. Not all clients qualify for every service. For medically overseen services, candidacy is determined by the appropriate licensed medical professional, and where applicable, prescriptions are issued only if medically appropriate.

Booking & Refund Policy
At Access Beauty 4U, appointment times, provider time, treatment planning, and scheduling availability are reserved specifically for each client. Please review the following policies before booking.
All services, deposits, prepaid appointments, packages, treatment series, promotional services, retail items, and treatment fees are final sale.
No refunds will be issued for completed services, partially completed services, deposits, prepaid services, packages or treatment series, promotional or discounted services, missed appointments, late cancellations, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference after a service is rendered.
Because aesthetic and wellness services are elective and results vary by individual, payment is for the provider’s time, expertise, product use, treatment planning, and reserved appointment time, not for a guaranteed specific result.
Results vary from person to person. Many factors can affect outcome, including anatomy, skin quality, body response, healing, metabolism, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance. For this reason, lack of a desired outcome does not qualify for a refund.
A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and may be applied toward the service as outlined at booking.
Appointments may be rescheduled with advance notice according to the booking terms provided at the time of booking. Clients may reschedule once with at least 72 hours’ notice. If a client reschedules a second time or more, a new deposit may be required each time.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit, loss of promotional pricing, requirement of a new deposit to rebook, or refusal of future booking privileges in repeated cases.
If a consultation fee is charged and the client proceeds with treatment the same day, based on availability, that fee may be applied toward the treatment balance where stated. If the client chooses not to proceed or time is not available, the consultation remains a completed service and is non-refundable.
For services requiring prescreening, physician evaluation, a Good Faith Exam, or prescription approval, payment for consultation, evaluation, or screening does not guarantee candidacy, treatment approval, or prescription issuance. If a client is not approved, fees related to the evaluation process may still be non-refundable once the service or review has begun.
All retail and at-home products are final sale unless otherwise required by law or unless a product is defective and approved for replacement at our discretion.
